We’ll gather at 10:00 am on Saturday February 12, either in Fellowship Hall or online, TBA. Our focus will be on self-care tips and practices that can support us in cultivating joy, wellness and energy that start from the inside and radiate out to our families and friends, our community and the world.

Some of the practices we’ll be sharing include:
Pranayama Breathing Techniques
Self massage
Chair Yoga.
Discovering your Ayurvedic Type.
Simple exercises to improve strength, balance and flexibility…
